Platform role
MechRoutes is a discovery and lead-generation platform connecting customers with independent machinery manufacturers. MechRoutes is not the seller of any machinery listed on the platform, does not process payments for machinery purchases, and is not a party to any sale between a customer and a manufacturer.
Manufacturer responsibility
The manufacturer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing, the final invoice, applicable taxes, delivery, installation, product quality, statutory compliance, warranty and after-sales service.
No guarantee
MechRoutes does not guarantee the availability, price, specifications, or performance of any machinery listed, and does not guarantee that any enquiry will result in a completed sale.
